Overview

Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel coil (GI coil) is produced by passing the Full Hard sheet which has undergone the acid washing process and rolling process through the zinc pot, thereby applying zinc film to the surface. It has excellent corrosion resistance, paintability, and workability due to Zinc’s characteristic.

Our galvanized coil thickness is from 0.1mm to 4.0mm or customized.Galvanized inner diameter is 508/610mm .Our galvanized steel coil outer diameter can be customized.We could do galvanized steel coil of four zinc layer surface.And the four galvanized steel coil surfaces are big spangle,regular spangle, mini spangle,zero spangle .

Packaging & shipping

Packaging and loading:

Packaging: According to customers' needs, use wrapping paper. If the transportation period exceeds 10 days or encounters special climate, we will use waterproof packaging and add plastic film to prevent moisture, water and rust.

Loading: We use the wooden pallet,triangular wood to fix the coil,and the steel wire rope to hold on the both side. That can prevent from the crush injury effectively.
